You are looking for a front tire? Dunlop has been making them forever, and its pretty hard to go wrong with a radial, for around 60 bucks, looks like a good tire. If you don't mind blems (just cosmetic problems, tires are safe) call Nebraskatire.com, they take factory blems, buff off the name (some legal thing with factory name on blems) and sells name brand for very reasonable prices.

Kenda and Carlilse make some good, inexpensive tires, check into those brands, the Kenda Scorpion is a nice rear tire, nice knobby tread. Carlilse Trail Wolves are inexpensive, and have a decent tread.

Yes, GBC is a good place to get tires. The original Maxxis Razr in 6 ply can usually be found on the lower end of the price range, are a great all around tire, and wear extremely well. Just get the 6ply version.
