New Mexico Riders?

Anyone with a Rubicon who bought it in New Mexico? If so, where? Everyplace I check wants MSRP which I won't pay. I'm willing to drive all day for the right deal. How about Colorado from Denver south? Thanks.

Liberal, KS...not too far from you. Southwest KS. Rubicon for around $6700 less $300 Honda rebate. Plus, you won't have to pay sales tax since it is out of state. Milhon's Honda. Or, I just bought mine from a place in KY. Prestonsburg Cycle center for $6299+ shipping. Paid about $500 shipping. Don't imagine that it would cost you too much more than that. The primary benifit for me, was that I didn't have to pay sales tax. Good luck!

If I were you I would go to my local dealer. They have some great prices and are not far from the Arizona/NM border. Also if you don't like the prices here then there are a few places in Tucson and Phoenix that have great prices. If you want phone numbers etc. just say so.

Thanks to all for the advice. After checking around in Denver and Oklahoma and New Mexico, I found that I can buy on in Taos New Mexico about as cheap as other places. The place is Oklahoma is cheaper, BUT in Taos, they rejet the carbureator for this altitude which really helps recover some of the power lost. Anyway, I pick up my new Rubicon on Saturday morning. Yipeee! Has anyone adjusted their valves yet? Also, I am interested to know what kink of gas mileage or total miles per tank that people have been getting. Thanks again for the help.
