Hands going to sleep

Hands??? Heck, my whole right ARM goes to sleep. I'm 55 and hate it. Both that I'mm 55 (but it beats the alternative) and that my arm goes to sleep. It's just poor circulation I guess. I can ride for maybe 15 minutes before I have to drop my right arm to my side, and it only take 2 or 3 seconds, and I can feel the blood flow, and then I'm good for another 15 munutes.

that's been happening to me for years- carpal tunnel was the culprit... so I thought.
I do have cp in my wrists but the numbness was happening so often that I went to the dr's - turns out I have a bulging disk in my c6 vertebrae- aggravated by neck muscle spasms! I had no idea- other than the numbness in my hand & arm, my neck felt fine.

It's starnge the things your back can affect. I have the dreaded sciatic problem. Back of left leg from my *** to my hiney (hind knee...lol). But it is also caused be a disk pinching a nerve. But my back is fine. Weird. Ok, now this is beginning to sound like a forum for old folks sitting around talking about their ailments. Sheeesh.
