I was wondering if i could put a 06 400ex motor on a 2000 frame.

There shouldn't be one bit of difference in the motors, should bolt right in. Wiring should be identical as well.

The 06 has reverse. No reverse on the 2000 model. Still should be a simple swap, mounts and all the important stuff are the same.

Dont think so. You can put the 06 motor in the 2000 roller. All you have to do is mount the reverse *** in the proper location.
