I am going to take to the dealership and get it checked out to be sure. The more I look at it the harder it is to tell for sure.

easy way to tell if it is the axle or the hub/wheel...set quad on a jackstand.set a ruler in front of axle and rotate axle.if there is any deflection on the ruler (guage).the axle is bent. i have a 300ex and my axle has a 1/8" deflection at the far right end of the axle.move the ruler in 2-3 inches from the end and no deflection..it is bent on the very end and have been riding it that way for over a year with no trouble. if it is bent down near carrier though i'd replace it.

 

how well do those Trail claws 11 perform are the a good all around tire i need some new ones.
