I got the driven gear hub off and the front ball bearing has pretty good slop like I said plus the wobble plate bearing does the same thing. I figure with both these bearings not tight, I'm losing pump piston travel and displacement which is power. I hooked up a 1" rubber hose to the trans input shaft and a 5/8" socket which I attached a 1/2" impact gun and put the trans in fwd and rev to see if anything internal was slipping and it seems solid moving both ways no problem.
I hope the squeaking noise was the two bearings....hate to get it back together and find out the aft bearing on the hondamatic trans is shot...Duh
Might jack it up and do the impact wrench gig with the wheels off the ground....see if I got any noise as the wheels will spin free..
