400ex or 450r

I'm sure this question was asked multiple times but I was just wondering which fourwheeler would be best for me. I own a yamaha warrior 350 and it just doesn't have enough power for me. The people I ride with have a predator 500 and the other has a 450r. I'm looking for something that can keep up it doesn't matter to me if I can pass them or anything just so I'm not to far behind. I ride a lot of trails and open fields plus do some jumping. I was looking at the 400ex and the 450r or if anyone knows anything that'd be better for me. Thanks for the help

400ex will be a more dependable- less maintainance quad- it will keep up with them in the woods-
but wide open areas- they will leave you.
450r is a good bike- more suited for jumping stuff- more get up and go when you need it. Does great in the woods but they say the power comes fast so it involves more gear changing.
Trails- 400ex win
Feilds- 450r win
Jumps- 450r win

Your warrior will keep up if you had shocks.
I'd still get a Honda tho....and shocks.
I rode my buddies 450R. It handles the woods just fine. You can stay in 3rd for almost anything.
I went for a ride w/my 300ex. All the guys that didn't know me was bummed. "We'll be waiting for him all day" I heard. I stayed ahead of a 400ex on my 300ex. Course the 300 didn't have a sissy on it.<EG>
Nobody waited for me. So it's not all about cc's, it's about suspension.
