Can someone do me a favor and mease the length of the carrier tube on the swingarm? I have heard that you have to run a 350X axle and carrier, but I found out yesterday that the axle bearings are the same for the 250x and 350x, so I am wondering if the 250x axle will work in the 350x carrier?
The bearings are also the same for the ATC250R and I was told by a few people that the 250R(TRX) axle can be used in an X..

Can someone verify any of this for me?

A 250X axle will work in a 350 rear end but the 350 it a couple inches wider! the hubs are different too and so are the sprockets! i would get the 350 axle too unless you have an extended 250X axle!

 

I do have a Lonestar axle... Was it you who told me a while back that you had an extra 350x swingarm?

How much does the 350x swingarm lengthen the quad? About 1.5"??

i dont have an extra one i have an extended one! thats on my wheeler though! you could use the lonestar in the 350 carrier! i think the swingarm adds like 1.5 inches but mine is 2 over that! i mostly use it for the shock! the 350X shock if revalved right will be better than any aftermarket shock you could get for a 250X. mine was revalved by PEP! its awesome!
