I think I have a "toe-in" problem and need to adjust. In order to go straight, the handlebars need to be pointed slightly to the right. The tires are inflated equally so i know it is not that.

I read the manual on toe in and I am not sure how easy of an adjustment it is. Just wondering if my problem sounds like a toe in problem and if I should take it to the dealer or have you made such adjustments yourself.

by the way, it is a trx300 4x4 but I also need to adjust the kaw 300 bayou

If its a 4x4 you should have a toe-out problem. Do it yourself. Here are some good instructions on how to do it.

You can do it yourself with the instructions pointed out by TEXMud ........ I have done mine and rechecked it several times to make sure it is still where I set it. Bouncing off logs and rocks and such, tends to throw things out occassionally.

Default Adjusting

I don't use toe out on my Honda Foreman ES. I use it mainly for hunting/slow moving, and a 1/2 inch toe IN makes a big difference in easiness of handling compared to toe out. Your handlebars are a lot harder to turn with a toe-out. The 4x4 becomes a little more stable at high speeds too with toe-in.
