i just bought 2 atc 70s and they have been sitting a years and never started so i cleaned one of the carbs bought a new spark plug and took off the air filter so it can breathe. ive got it to fire up on first pull and idle perfect but once i take it off the choke and i open up the throttle it cuts out. there seems to be good flow from the tank to the carb and ive taken the carb out and cleaned it 2 or three times and it still does the same thing. i could use some help anyone??
