Okay. I think my bike jumped time. Valves and rocker arms are fine. Bike gets fuel and gets spark. But it back fires after abouut 10 seconds of turning over.
I was told by a mechanic that those bikes were bad for their timing chains.
My question does it sound like the chain for sure? If so is the process hard? Timely? Costly?
I need a reply back soon please.

 

I have nevered had one of these jump time..I would put the high dollar factory spark plug in it an give it an try..spark plug is an part of ignition timing...

 

Also before trying to run this atv double check carb mount..sometime when these bikes back fires it will pop the carb out of intake boot...
