hey everyone i have a 1980 honda 110 act i bought of my cousin last week to fix up and sell. its ben running a little doggy but thats i know how to fix. my real problem is a bit more complicated. it wont shift properly. in low i can get it through the gears most of the time but it grinds and complains. in high i cant even get it into gear it just grinds and grinds some more. i took apart the high low box and everything is PERFECT gears look brand new, bears are good. so any help would be apreciated or any tips on cheap upgrades to add value. thanks for your time.

They made a high/Low range sub tranny for a 110cc back then?

 

yes there is a small lever on the underside of the case same gears in motor just uses different final drive gear i guess
