Default Jetting for a new piston...?

I just put a wiseco 11:1 piston that is 2mm over stock and i cant find anywhere that suggest what size jets i should put in.

Also i plan on picking up a new exhaust later down the road but i want it to be right for now

has any body jetted for a similar piston or heard of what will work best?

I would install a 42 pilot and a 158 or 162 main. If you have other mods i would start at a 168. I would also think about turning the air fuel screw out to 2.5 up to 3.5 turns. But instal the new jets and see if it is turning the plug white or black.

Sometimes with a higher compression/larger piston, it sucks a bit harder and you may be able to stay the same or even go down a main. First I would ask customer service for the piston manufacturer about your application. To be safe, I usually jet up a size or so on the pilot and main and tune from there.

I have the piston in and all right now with new stock jets and im playing with the air/fuel screw. When I have it just right could there be some slight hesitation when the throttle is instantly pinned for a second or should it rev up right away?

No. A slight hesitation means that you are not jetted right. You are lacking air or fuel.

i have put a 160 jet in now and just put in a uni filter. i tried to adjust the ratio as best as possible and there is a hesitation still. I notice that I get awesome throttle response when i engage the choke a little bit does this mean is too rich or lean im having trouble figuring it out

The choke restricts air flow. I would say you are a touch lean still. The fact u say that the with the choke on a litte it sounds better tells me that you are getting too much air when the choke is off. Does it backfire and what color is ur plug?
