won't idle
Ok i have a 2005 Honda TRX90 i have cleaned the carb 3X and still no idle when 1st started or after have ridden it. It runs great when riding it not a problem at all soon as son stops it dies. It neve has idled very good from the day i bought it new from dealer but it did idle now nothing. Ok here's my question it has the following jets
* Pilot is #40
* Main is #80
* #2 on needle position
Not sure if its a air/fuel screw dealer says air however seems odd to me the that it's on the exhaust side and is a air screw... However it's 1 1/2 turns out. And idle screw is inn all the way.
Ok i live at elev of 4800' and kids ride at 6k-8k i feel a pilot of a #40 is to large thinking trying a smaller pilot. If i open choke it kills it right now to much fuel. Thinking going to a #35 or #30 to help lean it up. My question is has anyone changed theirs the higher in elev i go the worse it is fro 0-1/4 throttle then clears up due less air higher. Any ideas on the smaller pilot be great Thanks
