01 350 rancher performance problem

01 350 rancher performance problem
It starts right up has a ticking noise in bottom end. Goes into 1-3 but 4-5 loses power or torque and slowes down. Will barley go 20mph. It rides OK in 1st and 2nd gear but after that not good.
