What are the different types of racing. WHat general rules do they have like classes and so forth. What is each type of racing like?
Is there a beginner class. Say i had a 250r would i have to race other people with 250s that are experts even though it was my first time?

 

there is mx, cross country, and tt, if you look in a dirtwheels or the new atv sprot, they have the care standing and show all the classes but at your local track they might be different, there is a lot though, usually 250 begginer, 250 novice, 250b, 250a, 250 pro, i thinks thats how dirtbikes go, just look in the magazine though

At my track it is 250-300cc beginers It doesnt matter if you have a 300 4x4 or a 250r they are all in the same class. They stand no chance against my 250r ! hahaha

 

well in the brand new atv sport, they have a racing section, but i don't know if you get that one, the dirtwheels is pretty old from what i can remember so you would have to back order it but there are like 3 big racing chanpionship things, lke the maxxis and some other ones, the local track or local series is the way to go
