winch mount kit?

does anybody know if a fairlead roller thinggy comes with the kit? i went and ordered one today and its 42 dollars, so it prob. doesn't does it? and what all comes in the kit?

the warn 200 does not come with the roller fairlead, it has a hawse type fairlead

the 2500 does come with it though
