Default Another 700xx

What's up guys,

So I picked up another 700xx 2 weeks ago. It's a 2008 that I bought off the original owner with only 10 hours on it. Came with 2 sets of rims and tires (holeshots and stockers) both with the nipples and paint lines still present. Also had full skids, full FMF pipe, PCV and nerfs. The guy bought it in 2010 as a leftover and it basically sat in his garage since but still got all it's scheduled yearly maintenance . Never felt more confident buying a used bike. He kept everything he had immaculate. Figured I may never find another one in this shape so I jumped on it. Now the red one has a friend lol.

I added the handlebars and front shocks which were a spare set for the red one. Figure I'll build it up a little bit more. Here are some pictures

Very nice. That black package looks mean. If we didn't have so much mud and deep water holes up here I'd love to have one. I like the IRS rear that the 700xx has and the Polaris Outlaw used to have. Good for clearing trail hazards that would bounce you off a soled rear axle machine. Congratulations!

Man that's a nice find and awesome deal, congrats! Looks the original owner didn't took her much on mud.

Thanks guys

Moose- yea I need a 4x4 for a lot of the riding I do too, not to mention the snow. I really just mess around in our fields, homemade track and the wider/faster paced trails with the XXs. I'm thinking about entering a xc race as well but we will see. I have to say though, I haven't ridden the 4x4s much since I got them, The powerband on these things is unbelievable, especially after you install a pipe and tune. They ride like a caddilac and have more ground clearance then the renegade. really wish Honda made them longer than 2 years.

Bengear- yea the guy said he basically just put the proper break in time on some logging trails then parked it for a few years until I bought it. Judging by the condition of the bike along with everything else he had (he had around 15 quads, dirtbikes and motorcycles) I had no reason to not believe him.

Wow, just looking at the heat shield under the fender and the chain adjustment rocker thingy that guy never rode it.
We have a black one as well, was a Christmas '09 present for my son who was 15 at the time and I had no idea the power this thing had.
Sweet find.
If i want to get that big smile on my face i just jump on it and haul booty. I rarely see one at the places I go. I like the looks of the razrs up front and his needs new fronts the stocks are about gone.
