My friend wonts a 250r so bad but he cant ever find one and he has a 1999 CR 250 and he also has a 2000 400ex so will the motor of the CR 250 fit inside the frame of the 400ex?????

The engine will fit. but you will need to get the engine balanced or ti will vibrate him to death.
