Sitting on my quad, the right side of the handlebar (neat the throtle) had two wires comeing out of it. One green and one white. They both have rubber boots at the connector, but they are small. There are no other wires like that exposed anywhere else.

I am wondering if I am missing a part?? Seems like they should be sheilded by something?? Do you guys see the same wires, or are they encased in something?

Those wires are for the start in gear function. It would seem like they are supposed to be covered up but they are not.

 

It doesn't look right but mine and every Ruby I've looked at are made that way. Hasn't been a problem yet.
