I want to extend my axles about 6 inches!! I was wondering what brand is better! or wich one holds up better after a period of time?

lonestar makes the best axle IMH0. But they only extend +4. Which on my 300ex was more than enough.

Durablue axles are ok. The X-33(don't quote me on the model) is hollow. And will not hold up!

I have a durablue eliminator 2+2 on my 250r.I hav had no problems once so ever.I have raced with it.hit trees with it and it still is great.

The reason you see them using them is because they dont have to pay for them!!! I have been to both MX nationals so far this year. In both of them about 8 axles broke. And guess what, all of them were Durabreak! Take it from someone who sees it first hand and pays for his parts, get the lonestar or get an RPM.

I have a dura blue x-33 axle and have had no problems with it. I have heard dura blue doesn't hold up, but I have had zero problems with mine. I also lost 5lbs. with the x-33 axle over stock.

You may not have problems, but I know plenty of them who have. Not only with them breaking, but with them honoring their "lifetime warrany" also. You can lose 5+ pounds with a Lonestar rear axle too. And, dont take offense to this, but the ones who seem to break them the most are hardcore riders like XC racers and MX racers. Again, no offense to you.
