We have 03 Rubicon. Just had it worked on and got it back. Here's the problem. When it's in neutral you can push the throttle all the way down without any issues. As soon as you put it into drive, pushing on the throddle causes it to sputter and lose power. We replaced the regulator, new spark plug, stator, and carburetor was cleaned. There is still no change. PLEASE....ANY SUGGESTIONS???
