No lights on 350 Rancher

Today when we were riding I last power to my lights and winch solenoid.We were riding in very deep water for a very long time.I blew a fuse at first then I blew another and when I replaced it again I still had no power and the fuse did not blow.I noticed that there is a diode in the fuse box could that be a problem or do any of you have some ideas.
