Believe it or not i use Mop 'n' Glow. It works to cover up my scratches!

I have used a low pressure butane torch to lessen some really nasty/deep scratches on my 2001 recon.
Also, Black Magic (pure silicone) for auto plastic is the best thing I have seen for shining up your ATV plastic...
