Default foreman rubicon electrical issues

01 Honda foreman rubicon wont start, the battery is at 13.2v, wont click or try to start, the display comes up but that's it, put a battery charger on the battery while still connected to quad and started right up... I'm confused?

Speeding does not work, sputters in reverse, changed angle sensor and did nothing
