BINGO!!! I think anyway... I haven't had a chance to fire it up as I'm patiently awaiting my jet kit. But I could definately see where it was rubbing. I made a "Forming Adjustment" to the baffle & moved it forward. Boy it's nice to be able to kick things around like this...

Just another update
Honda Canada has now told my dealer that the noise is not the fault of the tranny,but that is where the noise is.Honda Canada says that the noise is the pistons chattering against the swash plates inside the tranny dew to the lack of oil pressure created by the oil pump.They are now trying to find an oil pump in the U.S.A,because the bike is to new in Canada,and honda Canada does not have one in stock.
I hope they soon get this thing fixed,i sure miss the power along with all of its features.
