I rescued a poor little 97' 300EX from the salvage yard, it runs great but it was stripped of all it's plastic! Retail Honda replacements would bankrupt my budget and I don't care for Maier stuff, any leads on used parts or Honda discounts would be welcome.

 

I've read about several people putting 400ex plastic on the 300ex, the whole set for a 400ex is about $250 with a new seat (I think). I saw pictures on the web somewhere, it looked great. You might want to check out http://www.servicehonda.com to price new plastic, they discount Honda parts quite a bit.
