Default carb issues with the 300ex

Hi, I have got my engine only running once and it would die if i gave it gas or removed the choke. I now cant even get it to start after it sat in the cold (28-40 degrees). What should I do? I have already tried messing with the pilot screw to no avail.
The spark works and carb cleaner does not help it start (it also gets my hand wet with gas if i put my hand over the intake foe a few seconds.

Check fuel is getting to the carb. If it is, clean the carb out. Remove the float bowl, remove the jets, blow them, and the holes they came from, out with compressed air, clean the float bowl out, if there is any water in it, you may have to drain and clean the fuel tank to get rid of the remaining water. Check visually if the jets are clean, and re-assemble the carb. Never fiddle with the pilot jet, but now you have, two turns out then, on idle, when warm, in until revs fall, out until they fall again, and back to halfway between.
