Dang. I don't want to have to get hardfaced rockers. What cam would compare to this "all-around" cam? I want one that is "drop-in" too! Please help. I want my quad to be reliable. Thanks.

Okay everyone. My local engine builder ordered a stock bore, 11:1 compression piston for me a couple of days ago. I told him that I think I'm going to get the GT Thunder cam. In the future, I'll add a carb, and probably porting. Anyway, I need to ask some questions that I hope you guys/gals can answer for me. Here they are:

1. Will I get a good power gain with these mods?
2. What is the price of the GT Thunder cam?
3. What are GT Thunder's hours? (whole week)
4. Who do I need to talk to about ordering this cam?

Thanks a TON everybody.

Yes, these mods should offer a substantial improvement.

Talk to Lazarus Sommers about the cam. Normal business hours - EDT, they're in Ohio. Cost is $165. There is a core charge, so you'll need to send your old cam back to them. Talk with Lazarus via e-mail, he is very helpful - but very busy, as you can imagine...
