So ive just rebuilt my honda 400ex with the 440 big bore kit. I adjusted the valves to factory setting (.004 in/ .005 ex) and was getting 150 psi on compression test. So i tinkered with them until i got 120. Well it still womt start. Im getting fuel and spark. Not dure what the problem is. Ive heard that you should jet the carb when goimg to a bigger bore. Is this so? And if it is then what sizes main and pilot jet should i install.
