Jetting, Suspension, Top Speed, etc... - SAME QUESTIONS...DIFFERENT DAY

This FORUM needs a "troubleshooting" or "common questions" section. I love answering jetting questions- but the same questions get asked every day.
Anyone know the FORUM MANAGER or even their email address?
I belong to other Forums (for other hobbies)- and that was the one feature that I enjoyed- It was easy to find quick reference stuff for myself- and even easier to direct new users.
What do you guys think?
