Gabe,
Will I have to get anything else with this Web Cam? If so, what? Which cams would be better than this "all-around" cam? I just want a "drop-in" cam, and one that will give me a little power boost everywhere in the powerband. Which would be the best for what I want? Also, do 3-angle valve jobs help? If it helps, I'm getting a 10:1 or 11:1 compression piston. Thanks a LOT!

I'd take a serious look into the GT Thunder cam.
There's nothing special about a 3 angle valve job - your 400EX came with one stock. It's the correct way to do it. There are more exotic methods, but for the gain, not worth the effort.
Get the 11:1 piston if you can. It will allow you to run a more aggressive cam without the loss of low end. Camshafts are a compromise. If you add power somewhere, you've got to lose it somewhere else.
With the boost that a high compression piston will add, you'll be able to afford to trade some bottom for mid and top... If you nail the right combo, it will feel like you gain everywhere. I've heard quite a few people with the high compression / GT Thunder cam combo...
You might want to talk with Lazarus Sommers of GT Thunder about the specifics of his cam & what he recommends you run with it to get the most out of it. http://www.gthunder.com
