When I was riding the bike earlier after about 10mins the check engine light came on a d stayed solid and the part that showes what gear you are had a straight line and it's done it twice anyone know what it could be or point me in the direction I need to be in

 

Probably easiest to take it to a Honda dealer for diagnostic checks. It should have stored the fault in memory and they can retrieve this. You can fetch the fault code up by bridging two wires in the diagnostic plug, but unless you know what the codes mean there isn't much point.
