The best I can remember the crankshaft is 2 half an honda had some 2004late model and all of 2005 had an recalled on crankshaft being out of round [1 halfs didnt get trued] but that campaige is over so the way to I,D that problem would to remove rear recoil[rope start ] assemble an take plug wire off of spark plug[so engine wont start]and eye ball the back of engine[cranking bell for recoil] while using electic start to see if crank bell wobble or looks out of round also have had rear pto[driveshaft]output seal go bad an leak

If the rear output shaft oil seal is leaking, the rubber boot between engine and swinging arm will have a lot of oil in it. If this seal is leaking, remove swinging arm assembly and you can get at the seal to change it. If memory serves, there is a spring ring circlip to remove, then the old seal has to be pried out. I use a self tapper screwed partly in, then pry on the screw head to pull it out. Care is needed when fitting the new seal, as it is particularly prone to the lip catching on the shaft and turning back on itself.

You can get special castellated sockets from Honda or eBay. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/121771935...3ABFBM_PDe1pxg I have used an old socket with castellations ground into it ever since I started on Quads 15 years ago. They are always tight and I have had to use a 3ft long bar to shift the allen screws, plus heat, as even the 1/2" air wrench hasn't been up to it.

Regarding getting the seal out, read my first post (3) above. As for the part number, fairly sure it is 91203-HN7-003
