Racks vibrating

I have a 1984 honda threewheeler and when i ride my racks vibrate very badly do you no anything i could do about this it makes noise and is bothering me. All the bolts that hold it on are tight.

If all the bolts are tight, you may have a broken weld somewhere. Check out all the joints.
