1993 Honda TRX300FW Kills
#1
My Honda runs great, Starts good, but I can be going 15-20mph and it kills just like you have turned it off. I have learned to simply turn the key to off and back on again while moving and never needing to even stop. I can go a week and it wont do it. I’d like to fix that. But don’t know where to start????
Coil?
ignition switch?
Thanks.

Could be the key switch, as you say it starts again when you turn it off and on again. However there is a known fault on the 300. The wires going into the "black box"on the steering head have to move with the steering, and eventually one will break, this cuts the ignition, then as the steering turns slightly, it connects again, giving an intermittent cut in power to the CDI. It can be any of the positive ignition wires, or the one from the kill switch.
