Default High elevation jetting

Hello group I have just purchased a 2004 Honda 400ex with a few modifications such as full white brother exhaust kit, slip on k&n air intake, and a hotcam upgrade.
The quad will not idel I purchased this quad from someone who lived on the coast and I'm at 4200 ft above sea level in central Oregon. I currently would like to get some basic information on where I should start with jetting and what size main jet should I start with and do I need to get the low end jet done as well. I am new to this but have a basic understanding of mechanic's thanks everyone for your help.
