Does anyone know why most things in rocky are cheaper than dennis i was looking at a chain dennis kirk was 81.99 and rocky was 60.00 anyone know why there cheaper.It was for a D.I.D x ring chain anyone have any info on them.

 

I have noticed things are cheaper with Rocky Mountain also, and the service is good so I will continue my devotion until they give me a reason not to.

 

Cuz dennis kirk bites.. Couple of examples:

Ronnies has brush guards for $18.50
Dennis has the EXACT same ones for $61.99

Dennis has the HJC CLX-3 helmets (just checked them cuz I have one, got the new mag and checked the prices)
The red is $129
The yellow is $139.
The green is $139.
The silver is $149.
The blue is $149.
They are all the EXACT same helmet except diffrent colors, dennis kirk jacks up the prices on the ones that sell the best, why? cuz they are greedy b#stards..

Rockymountain is great though, they usually have the best prices around, their service is great, sometimes when you call and place an order it will be cheaper then in the book.

 

rocky mountain has always given me great service, I have the exact same chain from rocky mnt. works just great.

 

I love how people like to rip on Dennis Kirk. Yeah, they are always more expensive BUT they will beat any competitor's price by a $1.00. I needed a 20x11x9 Turf Tamer a couple years ago and Rocky Mountain was out. I called Dennis Kirk, who had it in stock, and told them what Rocky Mountain was selling it for. They asked what magazine and month it was advertised and they gave it to me for I think the same price. On their website now it says they will beat any deal in an ad or on a website by a $1.00.

Rocky Mountain is great to deal with and I try to use them when I can but when you need a tire fast, you gotta do what you have to do.
