Default 300ex crank but no spark

i have a 2001 trx300ex and i’m at a loss. i have change coil, plug, cdi, battery, cleaned all my grounds everything and i have no spark. i’ve disabled my safety’s so i know that’s not a problem. all the parts ive change i pull from another running 300ex. put all my stuff on a on the 300ex i got the parts off and it fire up. i test all my wires everything test good. i’ve had this 300ex for a while i took it apart last summer to replace all the top end components and now all of a sudden i dont have spark. my neutral won’t come on either (it’s in neutral i made sure &#128514

Don't know the EX at all, but the utility Hondas (300 to 450) had a wire from the neutral light to the CDI which improved the spark when in neutral. Without it connected you couldn't see a spark when spinning on the starter, though you got one when kick/pull starting. Fix that neutral light circuit first. If you still don't get a spark, check the stator ignition set up for a faulty trigger coil and (if it has one) ignition power coil. Resistance reading(s) should be about the same on both bikes.

i did a bunch of testing lastnight and everything seemed to check out just fine. on the 300ex there’s 2 box’s ones a cdi and the other is a reverse inhibitor box. but those to box’s run different ones dc volts and the other is ac volt. now i did just do a fresh top end on it. is there maybe a chance that its a tooth out on the cam gear causeing a no spark problem or do you think this is more of and electrical system problem?

A tooth out on cam gear won't affect the spark. Have you checked for a wire from neutral light circuit to CDI. If it has a pale green or pale green/red wire going to CDI, it is probably from neutral switch. Try checking for AC volts from the trigger coil and the power coil (if fitted) at the CDI plug when engine is spun over, to ensure the coils and the wiring from them is OK. Check kill wire is working properly. Check all earths are good.
