Rubicon tranny sudden upshift

while rideing down a hill on a gravel road and giving it 1/16 throttle to slowly speed up from 10MPH to 20MPH or so the tranny upshifts suddenly with a mild surge twice, anyone else notice this?

Were you in low range when you notice this happening?

nope, in D1 high range... feels just like a upshift in ES mode only half as strong
