Hi everyone! I dont know if im the first to do that but i got a solution for everybody who want to have a longer rear shock on their 400ex. All you have to do is take your stock linkage and reverse it, the part that bolt in the frame bolt it on the swing arm and the part that bolt in the swingarm bolt it on the frame and your longer shock suppose to bolt direct on the linkage. Ive got a 250r shock (17.5inches) and it bolt perfectly fine! The only thing is it lift the rear of maybe 1inches. But beside that everything work fine!
