I have the Big Gun complete system right now but after almost two years use the silencer is coming apart. I can buy a new BG silencer or I thought about buying the complete DMC exhaust. My 440EX has a cam, rev box, filter, timing advance, etc.. and I ride in the sand dunes only. Which would you choose???

I have a friend who had a Big Gun on his 440 and he did not like it. He said that it did not have as much punch as his full DMC. I bought a full DMC for my 440 and like it alot. Before I bought the DMC I had a WB R-4 slip on and the DMC pulls harder than the R-4. The only thing that I can say bad about the DMC is that the pipe will a turn goldish color which is normal for a stainless steel from what many people have told me. If you get the DMC you won't be disappointed.

I have the DMC and love it! I had a FMF megamax 2 before and the DMC pulls much harder, even on a stock motor.

A word of caution: The bottom pipe sticks out from the motor about a 1/4". I've already melted a spot about the size of a quarter on my MX boots. DO NOT wear jeans and work boots to ride in with this pipe!

 

The big gun restricts air flow, I had one, get the DMC, or the WB complete.

 

Get a sparks racing pipe. Cost less then the dmc and puts out more hp.

 

curtis sparks X-6! you will not be disappointed!! its cheaper than the DMC and way more powerful, plus it looks better! thats just my opinion i could be wrong (probally not though)
