I have AC Racing nerfs on my 300ex. They aren't propegs because they don't make them for mine. I originally had DG Nerfs but I didn't like them so I took them off and sold them and got AC Racing. They AC Racing look much better and seem to be much stronger than DG nerfs.

i have had the DG pro pegs on my ex for a year now and i really like them.they are very sturdy and look great.you can move your feet all over on them which is a big improvement over the stock pegs.

DG discontinued the pro-pegs. People were getting hurt. I got the alloy's and love them.

So they discontinued them because they were not strong enough? (that doesnt sound like a good product to me)? hmmm.... that kinda makes me think.. how about the AC's anybody have any troubles with them? also whats the difference between the 2? is it just that the AC's are back 2 inches, and lowered 2 inches? will this really matter much, all i can see is that is might have a lower center of gravity? also it would be great if i could get some answers by the afternoon tuesday, because i have up untill then to so that they will be here on thursday. thanks,
chris

Actually, the DG's are called Race Pegs. They discontinued them because of "liability", whatever that means. You can't get a pair form DG, but I bet there are still some suppliers out there that have stock. I'd ****** up a pair while I can. I love mine and have had no problems!! You will have to bend the break pedal to get it low enough to clear the mounts.

with the ac pro pegs can you keep the mud guards? i really like the mud guards living in the PNW, with its never ending supply of liquid sunshine, its always muddy.
