You were the one running your mouth, still are. I like the later Q-racers, but they still take a back seat to a good Honda. I don't see to many stock machines at the dunes, anyhow. How about this. You just be a man, come to the dunes and ride with us. Then, if you still want to call me names, you can do it to my face, and not over the internet, tough guy.
Juggalo, yes, there are lots of nice Q-racer's, but I bet Bob's is not one of them. One of the machines that was in our group for Easter, was a 85 Qracer with a GSXR 1100 motor in it. ( I think that was the cc) It was wicked fast, but it handles like do-do. Did I mention it's fast?
Oh, by the way Bob, I re-read your posts before I posted here, just to make sure I was not just going off half cocked. Obviously, if my Honda is modified, then it is a tight race. Isn't that what you said? You can keep up with stock Banshee's, right? Go reread my posts, My Banshee is not faster on the top end than a stocker. It has a mid-range set of pipes. You should be able to hang quite easily, unless you are truly a slacker.

Ridzhard.
The arguement about the banshee is pointless. I never said that I could beat even a stock banshee, just keep up. That means I am typically 1-3 quad lengths behind, and I am happy with that. So what do you want to prove, that you can beat me with the banshee. Ill tell you now that you can.
Next, I did say that if a honda is modified then it is a tight race. Let me clarify. I was thinking pipe and maybe reeds, not a 310cc big bore kit(not to mention all the other mods you probably have). Lets use some common sense in this forum people. I can beat stock hondas, and hondas with slight mods like a pipe and reeds, usualy beat me but I occasionally win.
Also, your right, mine isn't one of the nice quads because as I mentioned its pretty much stock except for the pipe. What I will boast about is that all the people that I know with hondas have had multiple rebuilds or some other sorts of problems, while mine has started and ran reliably every time. Also most hondas that I have seen have had some sort of work done to them. This is my experience and I am sticking to it.
I admit that hondas are fast and probably handle good, I just like Suzukis better. And dollar for does not mean that my $700 quad is gonna beat your $3000 quad, but if I invested $1000 in to my quad, then I think it would be a hell of a race.
Does anyone else in this forum get what I am saying here.
My plans for my quad in the near future are to rebuild the top end, put some reeds in it, and maybe if time and money allow put new clutch disks and springs in. They work good now, but they are supporting a worn motor. After I do this, I welcome a race with you. I highly doubt that I will win, but it would be a good gauge.

I think this picture sums up this post (and many others) quite well.

I don't think any explanation is needed.

Interesting reply, think of that all by yourself?
If anybody is interested, it is looking like we are going the weekend before Halloween.
