I have a honda and i am tired of following the Polaris through the mud while my honda gets stuck. No it's not a 200 SX it's a honda rancher fourwheel drive. Ding, Ding........Round ONE!

I almost fell for this flame and replied to you!

I will say this, if you were behind on a Honda, you were in a 4' deep mud hole riding a 2wd 250ex, and the Polaris you were following had 4wd!

The Polaris's auto, power & 4WD are superior in the mud.

The repair bills are also superior to Hondas, and the frequency that they have to be repaired are also superior to Hondas.

If you want a serious mudder look at the Sportsman 500. A guy in our riding group got one a few moths ago and it is really something. We have every make of machine in our riding group and it seems to be the best in the mud. It is a heavy machine so keep that in mind. WE have a Rancher with Super Swampers which is also pretty good in the mud. The only disadvantage is the Honda has a limited slip front end which does not do quite as well as the Polaris true 4 wheel drive (it is a must with a full-time 4 wheel drive) Maybe you just need new tires? I bought Bearclaws a year ago and the difference was amazing!!!

From what I've seen the gap between Polaris & Honda reliability has closed significatly. Take into account Polaris tries many more new things than Honda & you are bound to have some trial & error issues.

I dont give a **** what make of ATV you have
Thay are all machines and you know what?
Sometimes machines break down.
You could have the best top of the line ATV on the world
but its still going to break
its still going to get stuck in mud
and its still going to get passed by other ATV's.
Its just like saying you are never the best because there is always going to be someone better than you at some aspect of riding.
How about you just enjoy your Rancher and have the sportsman a race through some tight woods, Maybe that will put a big old "Hondapride" smile back on your face.
