What is the better filter upgrade for the 400ex a K&n or uni?
Is jetting required after? (the quad is stock)

Each person is going to say the other is better. I prefer the UNI Filter myself. It's really easy to clean. I bought(3) of them. I have (1) on my bike, (1) ready for a change, and (1) drying after it's been cleaned. I clean mine with hot water, mixed with TIDE laundry detergent.

Yes, you will have to re-jet when you replace the stocker with an aftermarket one.

I agree with the UNI filter. It does increase flow over stock and still gives you GREAT protection.

Thanks,
Do I need to buy a jet kit then or should I just get the exhaust system wb e series slip on with the jet kit and filter all at once? Also I am kinda torn between the big gun new race series and the wb e series.

Is there a difference between a UNI filter and a Twin Air filter? And if there is, how big of a difference is it?
