Help with Racing Please?

Hey I was wondering that when I get my 2001 or 2002 Honda 400ex where can I take it to practice and Race other Kids my age? Or can you. Does anyone know where anyplace is like this in NORTH CAROLINA? Thanks Matt and oh one more thing does any of you know when the Dealers are supposed to get the 2002 Honda 400ex's? Thanks again Matt
