When my Sport 400 (same thing as the Scrambler) was stock, top speed was right around 65mph. I wish it was 70 though. However, ATV offroad fury has them at like 74mph, and we all know that the quads on there are 100% true to life right?

70mph from a Scrambler, yea right, maybe if it was modified to the max. This speed would put it faster than a 400EX on top end, I know this is WAY off. Stock for stock with a decent rider on the 400EX, the EX will out drag, and go faster than the 400 or the 500 with the high output. I know this because I know how fast these things go, I rode all three. I also shift faster than your automatic, I don't have to be serious on the start, and can gain and overtake. If I am serious and get a good start I never look back.

KKKiller250X is right, a 250X can hang with a Scrambler, and so can a 300EX. That's good considering they go around 60.

Don't know where you guys are getting your information but a 250X can't hang with a 400 Scrambler. I own a nice 250X and a 400 Scrambler, trust me I know.

gee lets think Crawdad Scrambler 400-ported, RCR stage 1 VS a piped 250X hhmm that takes a genius to figure out that when 2 quads are about even and then you add good mods to one and only a pipe to the other obviously the decked out one will win. I have a nice 250X no motor mods or anykind of proformance enhancing mods and my friend has a 300ex and his father has a scrambler 400 and we can both keep up with him ! and also how do you drive both your quads at the same time to figure out which is faster ?

Killer250x, my Scrambler used to be stock. I have a son that I ride with almost every weekend and we've run them against each other many times. If you can hang with your friends dads Scrambler then that's great. Maybe your 250X is a little faster than mine, or maybe your friends dad weighs more than me. Who knows, I guess it doesn't really matter as long as we have fun riding them.

A 250X hang with a scrambler 400...hahahahaha...hahahaha...excuse my repetitive laughing. My best riding buddy has a warrior and he can barely hang with me on the trails forget about straight line drags.

When I got stopped by the town constible for riding on the road without the proper registration he claimed that his radar gun read 69.8 MPH on pavement.
