Bull!!! I can't honestly say anything about the 250X, but a 300ex WILL NOT hang with a Scrambler 400. The Scrambler will walk all over it from start to finish in a straight line no matter if the 300ex rider was the best rider in the world. Listen, a Warrior will beat a 300ex in a drag and top end, and a Scambler 400 will smoke a Warrior off the line and on top end. This is a fact. I ride with a guy on a Warrior and a guy on a 300ex. Feel free to go to my webpage and write to either of the owners and they will tell you the same thing that I just did.

I'm not getting involved with the rest of the discussion, but the two quotes above prove that these two people have no clue what they are talking about.

I agree that a 250X and 300EX won't hang with the Scrambler. But I still stick to what I said that a Scrambler will NOT do 70. I would loooooove to have someone prove me wrong in person. I am going to have to go find someone in my area who has one.

OK scramdaddy400 and Piranha if you dont beleave that a 250X will habg with pos polaris scrambler then you dont have to , have you ever thought that whom ever you ride with sucks at riding so he cant keep up ? the only place a polaris scrambler is superior to mine is acceleration ! i can blow away polaris on trails , there too tall and heavy ! they handle like crap , and just totally suck off jumps , i have seen no less than 3 snapped polaris frame because of jumps . and they werent big jumps either ! 7ft of air isnt much but too much 4 polaris !

I dont know what you guys are Smoking but a 400 Scrambler will Beat the 400 Ex in a Drag Race. Think about it 2Cycle Vs. 4Cycle no match 2 Cycle will always be faster. thats why the Banshees are so fast 2 Cycle!! we had a 400 Scrambler it would beat the hell out of my Stock 1986 Lt250. if Polaris made lighter atvs they would Extremly fast.

FYI, I never said anything about a 250x. I said a 300ex. I have never ridden with anybody with a 250x so I can't honestly say how fast they are (I don't assume things like SOME people).

Like I said, I can beat him on top end as well. In a straight line that takes no skill. We rode side by side until he gave the signal that he was at top speed. I throttled it and pulled away. Also, let me add that most anybody can drive a 4-stroke with a clutch well even with minimal experience. The powerband is much different than a 2 stroke. But that's another story.

So by the looks of your replies to me, it looks like you not only do not know what you are talking about, you can't read either.

660R01, my Sport has never seen 70mph. 65mph was the fastest and it was on a slight downhill grade. I have not clocked it again since I modded it, but I still don't think I can hit 70. A 400 Scrambler is the same thing as mine to my knowledge, but I haven't ever ridden one so I can't confirm. That's all I know.

this is not true if you have two equal riders and one is on a faster quad the faster one will go faster . and also i said the polaris has acceleration over me NOT top speed maybe you need to read before you reply im done now and if you want to continue this battle do it with someone else because i know whet your saying is wrong so im not going to fight about it with somebody that doesnt know what they are talking about .

Where in New Hampshire do you live? If it isn't too far away I would love to go over there and prove what I am talking about.
