400 ex blowing smoke!!! help

My 400ex is blowing a bluish smoke. I know it could be the rings but what else could it be.

i believe many people just change their oil to fix this problem. i know many moved to Mobil 1. they also used thicker oil than 10w-40.

Check you engine compression, this will let you know if the rings are bad.
